As part of the collaborative agreement between the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul and the College of Political Science at the University of Tikrit, a joint lecture was organized by the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul. The lecture, titled "Electoral Culture," took place on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, targeting fourth-year students.
