The Center for Regional Studies at the University of Mosul organized a discussion panel titled "Regional and International Implications of Öcalan’s Declaration of Abandoning the Use of Force in Turkey" on Thursday, 6 March 2025. The session was chaired by the center’s director, Professor Mithaq Khairallah Jaloud, and attended by a number of researchers.
