The Anti-Violence Against Women Campaign at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, continues successfully into its second week. On Wednesday, 4 December 2024, the seventh scientific workshop was held. The workshop addressed two main topics: the importance of education in protecting women from violence, including a case study of a girl from Pakistan who became a United Nations Peace Ambassador through her advocacy for girls' education in her country. Additionally, the workshop discussed the protection of women within legislative mechanisms in Islamic jurisprudence and law.
