The postgraduate committee in the department of Private law held a meeting on Thursday 26.12.2013. The meeting includes the constitution of an examination committee for the M.A. thesis titled ''The Legal Regulation of the Contract of Updation possession ,Employment and Transfer of property -A comparative study'' by Yasser Sabhan Hamad , presided over by Dr. Muhannad Hamad, Ibrahim Ali and the membership of Dr.Ihsan Shakir Abdullah and Dr.Rawa' Yunis Mahmoud.
