Dr. Nagham Abdul Sattar Al-Jumaili, a faculty member at the College of Law, University of Mosul, participated as a member of the ministerial committee tasked with establishing a number of scientific and technological departments at Al-Noor University, chaired by Professor Dr. Hamed Ibrahim Al-Rashdi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, and with the participation of an elite group of specialized professors, experts, engineers, and legal professionals from various universities and departments.

The committee is responsible for conducting a comprehensive field inspection to determine the availability of material and human requirements and to identify the absorptive capacity of the departments to be established, in accordance with the controls and instructions approved by the Directorate of Private University Education.

The participation of Dr. Nagham Abdul Sattar Al-Jumaili in this committee affirms the presence of academic competencies at the College of Law, University of Mosul, in ministerial committees, and their contribution to supporting and developing the journey of university education.
