In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Qusai Ali Abbas / Office of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the master’s student in the Public Law branch, Marwa Marwan Ajam, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, in turn congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Qusai Ali Abbas, wishing him more scientific giving and academic creativity in service of the science and knowledge path in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud race.
