The College of Law at the University of Mosul held, on Monday, 5/10/2026, a scientific workshop titled “Legal Awareness Platforms and the Use of Digital Platforms to Simplify Procedures and Applications,” with the aim of enhancing legal awareness among members of society and introducing the importance of employing digital platforms to facilitate access to legal information and services.

The workshop addressed the importance of spreading awareness of legal rights and duties, and benefiting from technologies and digital platforms in rapidly accessing legal information and services, in addition to their role in simplifying procedures and electronic transactions and facilitating their completion more quickly and efficiently.

The workshop also focused on the importance of keeping pace with digital developments in the legal field, in a way that contributes to enhancing communication between institutions and members of society, and providing legal services and information through modern and accessible methods.

This workshop comes within the framework of the efforts of the College of Law at the University of Mosul in enhancing legal culture and digital transformation, and developing methods of providing legal services and awareness in a way that keeps pace with the requirements of the digital age.
