Based on the directives of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, to extend bridges of scientific, research and academic communication with the various segments of society and within the plans and programs of the Deanship of our College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and members of the College Council, to spread the legal culture. The International Days in the Human Rights Law Branch published a number of articles related to the international days related to the individual, his life, society and his aspirations, and from these days the International Day of the Family, where the world celebrates on May 15 of each year the International Day of the Family, this day approved by the United Nations in 1999 To be a day to call for attention to the family by urging the international community to take care of the family and take care of it to be an effective unit in building society and achieving sustainable development goals, and from this point of view and the belief of the Faculty of Law of the active role that the family plays in building society as it is the basic building block for building the individual to be an active element In a collective service, it calls on all state institutions to work on empowering and developing the family in all aspects of health Therefore, it is necessary to raise awareness of family issues and find the necessary mechanisms to raise the obstacles that prevent their sustainability, development and advancement. To integrate all families into development plans, they are the guarantor of social security and the first provider of sound societal values.
