Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Fawaz Khalaf Zahir / College of Law at Tikrit University in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the public law branch, Zahraa Hisham Ibrahim, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi.
