Dr. Radwan Hashim Hamdoun, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the training course entitled “Legal Aspects of Using Smart Cards” from April 15-17, 2025, held by the College of Fine Arts at the University of Diyala. His participation included delivering specialized academic lectures and presenting practical examples from real life situations. The course also addressed the legal and regulatory framework for using smart cards in government and private institutions. These courses are part of the college’s efforts to develop the skills of its teaching and administrative staff and open up to academic experiences at various Iraqi universities.
