Assistant Professor Dr. Nizar Hazem Muhammad, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Monday, May 12, 2025, as a member of the doctoral dissertation discussion committee, entitled “The Legal Regulation of the Medical Participation Contract: A Comparative Study,” for student Mariwan Saleh Ahmed, College of Law, Tikrit University. The committee approved the student’s dissertation as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in private law. The above participation reflects the academic rigor and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and lecturers of our beloved college and our prestigious university.
