A scientific lecture on the conceptual framework of administrative and financial corruption crimes and raising awareness of their risks.
Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the scientific symposium entitled “Towards Honest Administration: Mechanisms of Administrative Work,” which was held by the College of Physical Education at the University of Mosul. His participation consisted of a research paper that addressed the conceptual framework of administrative and financial corruption crimes and raising awareness of their risks, with reference to the concept of administrative and financial corruption, its causes and reasons, the mechanisms for combating it, and its negative impact on the security and stability of society. The above participation is part of a series of scientific contributions by our college members in activities and events held by the University of Mosul’s colleges and research centers, contributing to community awareness and the dissemination of legal culture among various segments and groups of society.
