The Human Resources Division at the College of Law, University of Mosul: An Integrated Structure to Serve the College’s Staff
The Human Resources Division at the College of Law, University of Mosul, undertakes vital tasks, including monitoring the affairs of active teaching and administrative staff, managing documentation files (files) and electronic archiving, and completing administrative procedures related to the completion of retirement procedures for those who have completed their service.
The division includes five specialized administrative units that work together to ensure accurate and efficient workflow. These are:
1. Recruitment and Staffing Unit: Specializes in managing appointment processes and updating job data.
2. Faculty Affairs Unit: Specializes in following up on all matters related to faculty members, including promotions, assignments, etc.
3. Personnel Affairs Unit: Responsible for monitoring the rights and duties of administrative and technical staff.
4. Electronic Files and Archiving Unit: Organizes and stores documents electronically and in hard copy.
5. Retirement Unit: Specializes in completing termination procedures and disbursing benefits to retirees. The department aims to provide an organized and supportive work environment for all college members, ensuring the achievement of the college’s academic and administrative mission with high quality.
