On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi, one of the lecturers in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the doctoral dissertation discussion committee entitled “The Legal Regulation of the Rights of Disposal and Usufruct in Agricultural Lands / A Comparative Study” for the student Ihab Sami Hassan / College of Law at Tikrit University. The committee approved the student’s dissertation discussion as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree in private law. This participation reflects the scientific solidity and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and lecturers of our dear college and our venerable university.
