On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the discussion committee for the doctoral dissertation entitled “The Legal System of Guaranteeing Hand as a Source of Obligation – A Comparative Study” by student Jafal Abdul Hamid Fazaa from the College of Law at Tikrit University. The discussion committee approved the student’s dissertation as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in private law. This participation reflects the academic rigor and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and instructors of our beloved college and our venerable university.
