Regular Meeting

Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Abdul-Wahab Issa, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, held a regular meeting with the heads of the college’s divisions. During the meeting, a number of organizational topics that contribute to developing the work mechanism in the college were discussed.

First: Emphasis on adhering to the application of the electronic archiving system, as it is a fundamental step towards enhancing digital transformation, due to its effective role in preserving and organizing documents and facilitating access to them with accuracy and speed, which is positively reflected in the quality of administrative performance.

Second: The meeting addressed the topic of leaves and the necessity of organizing them according to the regulations and instructions in force, to ensure the smooth flow of work and that the interests of visitors are not affected.

Third: Discussing the mechanism for transferring employees between administrative divisions according to the requirements and needs of the work, in a way that contributes to achieving integration and distributing tasks fairly to serve the public interest.

The suggestions of the attendees were listened to and discussed. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Assistant Dean stressed the importance of cooperation and working in a team spirit, to enhance the work environment and contribute to raising the level of administrative performance in the college.
