In Reinforcement of Scientific Cooperation… The College of Law at the University of Mosul Hosts the First Deputy Head of the Integrity Commission in a Doctoral Dissertation Defense

Within the framework of activating the mechanism of joint scientific cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Federal Integrity Commission, the College of Law at the University of Mosul witnessed a distinguished scientific event, marked by the participation of Professor Dr. Mudhar Turki Abdul Jabouri, the First Deputy Head of the Federal Integrity Commission, as a member of the doctoral dissertation defense committee for the student Noor Al-Deen Mohammed Al-Yas Al-Salami, whose thesis was entitled “Parallel Financial Investigation in Corruption Crimes.”

This participation embodies the integration between academic institutions and supervisory bodies, aiming to enrich scientific research with precise field and legal expertise, especially in matters that concern public affairs and support the values of integrity and justice.

The defense included sound scholarly presentations that reflected the high level achieved by graduate studies at the University of Mosul, and the extent to which they keep pace with contemporary legal challenges.

At the conclusion of the session, and in appreciation of his distinguished scientific efforts and his undertaking the hardship of travel to participate in this academic gathering, the Dean’s Office of the College of Law presented the “College Shield” to Dr. Al-Jabouri, as an expression of pride in this fruitful partnership that serves the academic and professional journey in our dear Iraq.
