Professor Dr. Mohammed Ezzat Fadel, one of our college’s faculty members, has co-authored a new publication with a group of authors, entitled “The Legislative Reform Project in Iraq” , published by Beit Al-Hikma Foundation in Baghdad. He had a research contribution in writing the sixth chapter entitled “Basic Laws That Have Not Been Legislated in Accordance with Constitutional Requirements” (pages 202–273).
