On crimes of Corruption… The Integrity Commission Participates in a PhD Thesis Discussion at the University of Mosul

Within the framework of integration between academic institutions and supervisory bodies, the Federal Integrity Commission participated in a PhD thesis discussion at the University of Mosul.

The Commission indicated that, in the context of activating the mechanism of joint scientific cooperation between the Federal Integrity Commission and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. (Muthar Al-Jubouri), First Deputy Head of the Federal Integrity Commission, participated as a member of the discussion committee for the PhD thesis titled (Parallel Financial Investigation in Corruption Crimes) at the College of Law, University of Mosul, submitted by the student (Noor Addeen Mohammed Al-Yas Al-Salami).

The Commission added that this participation comes with the aim of enriching scientific research with precise field and legal expertise, especially in issues that touch upon public affairs and support the values of integrity and justice, noting the sound scientific proposals that characterized the discussion, which reflected the responsiveness of postgraduate studies at the University of Mosul to contemporary legal challenges.

The Deanship of the College of Law at the University presented the “College Shield” to the Commission in appreciation of its distinguished scientific efforts and as an expression of pride in the fruitful partnership serving the academic and professional path in Iraq.
