As part of joint scientific cooperation and spreading legal awareness within the halls of the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Adnan Yahya Al-Fayl, a faculty member at the College of Law, participated in the specialized training course entitled “The Philosophy of Combating Administrative and Financial Corruption” on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 21–22, 2026.

The lecture addressed the legislative dimensions and legal mechanisms capable of reducing corruption phenomena, with a focus on the role of existing laws in protecting educational institutions.
