In recognition of the dedicated efforts exerted by Dr. Fawaz Khalaf Zaher, Professor of Administrative Law at the College of Law, University of Tikrit, for serving as a member of the PhD dissertation defense committee in the Public Law Branch at our college, he was presented with a letter of thanks and appreciation by the Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali Al-Khattabi.
