Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, a faculty member at the College of Law, University of Mosul, participated in the specialized workshop organized by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul, on Thursday, May 7, 2026, titled: “The Effects of Financial and Administrative Corruption on Educational Institutions and Society.”

During the workshop, Dr. Saddam delivered a scientific lecture in which he addressed the concept of financial and administrative corruption and its most prominent forms, highlighting the negative repercussions of these phenomena on the performance of educational institutions and pathways of community development, as well as their impact in undermining the principles of transparency and institutional efficiency.
