In appreciation of the scientific and academic efforts exerted by Professor Dr. Raad Miqdad Mahmoud of the College of Law at the University of Tikrit, for his participation as Chair of the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis of student Ahmed Riyad Fathy from the Private Law Branch at the College of Law, the Deanship of the College honored Dr. Raad Miqdad with a letter of thanks and appreciation, in recognition of his active contributions and his role in the success of the discussion committee’s work.
