On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, the activities of the “Commercial Arbitration – Level One” course concluded at the College of Law. The course commenced on June 28 and continued until July 29, 2026.

The course was directed to students of the College of Law from various academic stages, along with the participation of a number of students from the College of Law – University of Al-Hamdaniya. It aimed to enhance their legal culture and develop their knowledge and skills in the field of commercial arbitration and its role in settling commercial disputes.

The course witnessed the participation of a distinguished group of professors specialized in commercial law and commercial arbitration, who delivered a series of specialized academic lectures addressing the most prominent concepts and legal foundations of commercial arbitration. This contributed to building a solid knowledge base for students and linking theoretical aspects with practical applications.

The organization of this course comes within the framework of the College of Law – University of Mosul’s keenness to develop its students’ skills, expand their scientific horizons, and strengthen academic communication and scientific cooperation with educational institutions, in line with the College’s orientation towards supporting scientific and specialized activities.
