The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul honored Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Faris Al-Hayali with a certificate of appreciation and gratitude, in recognition of his dedicated efforts, devotion, and diligent work in performing his duties during his tenure as Rapporteur of the Human Rights Branch.
