Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Talal Younis, Professor of Administrative Law at the College of Law – University of Mosul, participated as a member of the discussion committee for the master’s thesis titled “Disciplinary Penalty between Administrative Judiciary and Its Impact on Public Office – A Comparative Study,” at the College of Law – University of Tikrit, on Tuesday, 29/9/2026.

This participation comes within the framework of the active scientific and academic presence of the lecturers of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and in enhancement of scientific cooperation and communication among Iraqi universities.
