The College of Law at the University of Mosul held a scientific workshop entitled “From Idea to Thesis: Skills and Methodology of Preparing and Writing Scientific Research for Postgraduate Students,” presented by Dr. Ahmad Faris Idris, a faculty member at the College of Law.

The workshop addressed a number of scientific and methodological topics related to the preparation of university research, theses, and dissertations, with emphasis on how to move from the research idea to the formulation of an integrated scientific topic, and the adoption of sound methodological foundations in the writing of research and the documentation of its sources.

The workshop also aimed to enhance the research skills of postgraduate students and to enable them to engage more effectively with the requirements of preparing theses and dissertations, thereby contributing to the elevation of the level of scientific and research output.

This workshop comes within the framework of the College of Law’s interest in developing the skills of postgraduate students and supporting their academic and research trajectory.
