Ph.D. thesis in the branch of general law on crimes committed against electronic consumers – college of law

The branch of Public Law at the Faculty of Law at Mosul University, on Thursday, August 18, 2022, a doctoral thesis on crimes committed to electronic consumer / comparative study, was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wassam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and a number of board members. Thesis presented by student Ammar Ali Mohammed addressed consumption, which has become an obvious phenomenon in modern societies due to scientific technological advancements, including electronic means, which in turn led to increased industrial production and the abundance of goods and services in a way that transcends the place and shortens time Effort and expenses, whether in the process of offering goods and services or in trading them A mother in paying its price, and the owner of this transformed the consumer in fulfilling his needs to use these means, whether they are necessary or financial needs.

The study aims to explain the concept of the electronic consumer and the legislative procedures in combating crimes against the electronic consumer and distinguish crimes committed on the electronic consumer from other economic crimes.
