Seminar highlighting specific aspects of the provisions of Chapter VII and the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations related to it – the Faculty of Law

The paper for an assistant professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Mohammed, head of branch of the Human Rights Act and submitted to the panel set up by the presidency of the University of Mosul on Wednesday, 10/07/2013, this paper focused on the legal dimensions of Chapter VII and the material contained in these materials from legal provisions related to international legal status of the countries that have taken the right measures economic, military and legal status of the state in light of the application of those sanctions and the implications of the international decisions relating to chapter VII on the Member States of the international organization.
