Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Izzat Fadel, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the scientific conference entitled (Youth are builders of the future and pioneers of change), which was held by the Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue in the Holy Najaf Governorate. (Al-Alamiya)” The conference witnessed the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Security, in addition to high-ranking parliamentary and international figures, including Mr. Claudio Cordone, Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, and this participation expressed the extent of interest The deanship of our college motivates its members to participate in scientific, research and academic activities and events, and the role of this in developing scientific and cognitive capabilities and its reflection on research advancement and the resulting outputs of a high degree of competence that contribute to the process of scientific construction in our dear Iraq.
