Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, received on Monday, February 26, 2023, the Director of the Training Department at the Independent High Electoral Commission. During the meeting, they discussed the need for cooperation and joint work between our college and the Commission, with an emphasis on the importance of awareness and dissemination of legal culture, especially since the scientific study (Primary and higher) in our college, the vocabulary of its study subjects includes many topics related to elections, their types, their means, their legal adaptation, and many issues that discuss elections scientifically with an indication of their role in the stability of countries and their societies. And the contribution of this in defining the citizen of his legal and constitutional obligations and his rights.
