The discussion committee is chaired by Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad and the membership of Dr. Uday Muhammad Reda

The researcher discussed the issue of missing persons, which is an old issue, which is a bitter reality that the peoples of the world have suffered from throughout the ages, in addition to what was left by the first and second world wars, international and non-international armed conflicts, natural disasters, migratory movements and displacement, as the effects of the above cases were not limited to the missing, but rather became a complex phenomenon. Formation of fear and anxiety that plagues all members of society after it has become used as a means of political pressure on opponents or to demand ransom

The researcher reached a number of results, in the forefront of which was the expansion of the phenomenon of loss and enforced disappearance, especially in recent times, as it has become a phenomenon threatening the entire community and that feelings of fear and anxiety plague all families, not only in armed conflicts, but rather becoming a complex phenomenon of internal conflict.
