Prof. Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Sunday, June 25, 2023, in the membership of the defense committee of doctoral student Hooker Abdulaziz Muhammad / College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul for his thesis tagged Financial sustainability between the stability of tax revenues and the development of government spending for selected Arab countries for the period 1995_2020, and the discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree, and this participation reflects scientific sobriety and status The prestigious academy enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college and our prestigious university.
