Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Lingeh Saleh Hama / PEN University College in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and her participation in the discussion of the master’s student in the public law branch Zeina Tariq Saadallah, she was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative cadre and its students, Dr. Linga Saleh Hama, wishing her more practical giving and academic creativity.
