Meeting

Within a series of periodic meetings of the President and members of the College Council with scientific and administrative cadres, and in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah, Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, met on Sunday, August 20, 2023, with the officials and affiliates of the divisions and units of the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, where the Dean of the College and the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs welcomed the attendees, stressing the importance of cooperation between the divisions and units of the college to reach the goal The nominal represented by the flow of work and the provision of the best service to the references, with reference to the need to follow up the implementation of official books and functional, administrative and scientific instructions received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of the University of Mosul, with an emphasis on the importance of electronic governance, which is the practical basis for the public office at the present time, in addition to its role as one of the performance evaluation criteria , The meeting also touched on electronic archiving and its necessary role in maintaining the official data of our college, with reference to the importance of following up students in their summer training and the need to prepare a report and submit it to the Deanship of the College, with an emphasis on the importance of updating the website of the college library in a way that enables the researcher, follower and beneficiary to view its contents electronically. In parallel, the Dean of the Faculty directed the need to prepare detailed statistics of the books in the free division and work to complete any shortage in the number of books before the start of the new academic year 2023-2024, and the meeting also discussed many issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions and recommendations.
