Master’s degree in law on promise sale of property / comparative study
The special law branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul discussed on Tuesday, April 19, 2023 a Master’s letter on promise selling property / comparative study, attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, and a number of members of the Faculty Board and its faculty.
I addressed the message presented by the student Anfal Mulla Ajaj Saleh in the private law branch, the promise to sell the property which is a promise issued by the owner of the property who wants to sell it to the promised person who wants to buy it within the period agreed upon between them when the latter showed his desire to complete the sale and both parties must commit to the form Which law text is written on to fulfill this promise.
The purpose of the statement is that the promise to sell a property that has distinctive qualities as a contract that is subject to the general rules in the theory of the contract and other qualities as a right to the promise arises at the will of the promise and this right is read and protected by law, making it distinctive qualities from other rights.
The discussion committee was chaired by Dr. Muhammad Sadiq Muhammad, the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Nizar Hazem Muhammad, and the assistant professor Dr. Sahar about Ghanem, and the membership and supervision of Professor Dr. Yasra Walid Ibrahim.
