Based on the directives of the Presidency of the University of Mosul, represented by Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and the members of the University Council, on the importance of community interaction and communication, and according to the plans of the deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and gentlemen, members of the College Council, by working to spread legal culture among the groups of society And its various segments, in addition to communication and interaction with the departments and institutions of the state, the community study tagged legal protection of the child from domestic violence in Nineveh Governorate / a community legal study submitted by Dr. And the child is from domestic violence, where the study dealt with societies in which domestic violence prevails in its various forms and types, and what it is exposed to in terms of cracking, dissolution and deviation, and that domestic violence against the child is one of its forms and images. Statement of solutions and treatments that can be resorted to, and this study comes within a series of scientific, practical, research and academic studies aimed at achieving a balance between theoretical study and its practical applications and the role of this in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the regulations, laws and instructions that govern public life in its various aspects and then work to provide recommendations Documented by specialized studies and work on issuing modern legislation or amending what is existing, especially since successive life developments may impose cases that need urgent treatments and solutions.
