In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of the Interior, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the national conference on restricting weapons to the state, which was held at the headquarters of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior in the capital, Baghdad, which witnessed a distinguished university, scientific and academic presence of the heads of a number of Iraqi universities, in addition to the deans of the faculties of law and law in the above-mentioned universities, in addition to the advanced staff at the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior, as well as the presence of the National Committee for Regulating the Possession of Weapons in Iraq. Our college’s participation in the above conference comes within the context of its plans and programs in communicating with state departments and institutions and stating the position of legal legislation on issues. And the various phenomena that require study and treatment, in addition to striving to present research studies in the context of practical applications and the role of this in obtaining outcomes that have a role in achieving societal security and the results of this in stability and prosperity.
