Under the chairmanship of Dr. Mustafa Nateq Saleh and the membership of Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali and Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Sunday, October 8, 2023, and a project for registering the dissertation of master’s student Muhammad Habib Mouloud, tagged (Banking Supervision in Confronting the Phenomenon of Money Laundering and Financing… Terrorism/Comparative Study) under the supervision of Dr. Acer Essam Daoud and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the private law/commercial law branch.
