In the presence of Dr. Isser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Branch, headed by Dr. Yousry Walid Ibrahim, and the membership of Dr. Habib Idris Issa, Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi, and Dr. Nizar Hazem Muhammad, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, and a project for registering the dissertation of doctoral student Dilshad Ahmed was discussed. Mohieddin, under the supervision of Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the private law branch.
