In the presence of Dr. Isser Essam Dawoud, Head of the Private Law Branch, headed by Dr. Mustafa Nateq Saleh, and the membership of Dr. Bushra Khaled Turki and Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, and a project for recording the thesis of master’s student Rand Ihsan Habib was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Manhal. Abdul-Ghani Qalandar and the presence of the branch’s faculty members, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the private law branch.
