In the presence of Dr. Isser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Branch, headed by Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, and the membership of Dr. Habib Idris Issa and Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, and a project for recording the thesis of master’s student Nour Wael Ali was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Sahar. Concerning Ghanem and the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the private law branch.
