In continuation of the scientific research movement in the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has issued the scientific book titled (Producing the International Legal Base). This book comes within the efforts of our college’s teachers and researchers to present the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations. Which provides solutions for everything that is new and innovative, in addition to being considered a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific sources that include up-to-date information for the benefit of scholars and researchers in their studies and research.
