Due to the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and his active contribution to the development and accreditation work of the Nineveh Journal of Legal Studies, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani, President of the University of Nineveh. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulates Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, wishing him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear Iraq.
