Due to the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, through performing his job duties from a position of responsibility, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Ahmed Younis Al-Hasoud, Chairman of the Nineveh Provincial Council, and in turn, he congratulates the Council of the College of Law at the University of Mosul. Its scientific and administrative staff and students, Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wish him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
