Due to the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, through cooperation and contribution to supporting the development courses and scientific workshops held by the Center for Continuing Education at Tal Afar University during the academic year 2023-2024, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from the professor. Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmed Aziz, President of Tal Afar University, in turn, congratulates the Council of the Faculty of Law, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more creativity and generosity in service of the path of science and knowledge throughout our proud Iraq.
