With the efforts of the staff supervising the magazine, headed by Professor Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad, Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi, director of the magazine, and the staff, the new issue of Al-Rafidain Law Journal was published, with its issue for June / Issue No. 87, the twenty-sixth year, and it carries within it valuable research in various internal and international legal sciences to confirm Her scientific sobriety.
We hope that this issue will be useful to researchers and those interested in legal affairs and a means to advance legal science in the scientific and practical fields.
