Based on University Order No. 22678/16/9 on July 15, 2024, Dr. Ali Adna Yahya, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of instructor to the rank of assistant professor. In turn, the Deanship of the College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim, has been promoted. Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Ali Adnan Yahya, wish him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
