In appreciation of the exceptional efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and his role through participating in the membership of the legal team that prepared the draft Iraqi Penal Code, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by the President of the Republic, and in turn The Deanship of the College and all its members, cadres and students congratulate Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein, wishing him more with scientific giving and knowledge creativity in service of the scientific, practical and academic process in Iraq of progress and civilizations
