In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Bashir Subhan Ahmed / College of Law, Tikrit University in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his endurance of the hardships of travel and his participation in discussing the master’s student in the Human Rights Law Department, Lujain Nizar Dhunoon, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College.
